The 29-year-old Mamelodi-West born player joins the Buccaneers having only had one season of top-flight football. “It’s a dream come,” he said. “When I heard management (at Free State Stars) had allowed me to join Pirates I was overjoyed. I have heard of the pressure that comes with playing for a big team like Pirates. But I am ready to make my name.”
While many believes Mbuyane may have a big job in his hands convincing the Ghost of his worth, Kenny Ndlazi, who coached him at Ga-Rankuwa United, believes his former player will succeed.
